The Possehl Construction Group's Code of Conduct defines our basic understanding of responsible and legally compliant behaviour and creates a binding framework for this. It applies to all employees of the Possehl Construction Group.
We attach great importance to respecting internationally recognised human rights in our own activities and to strengthening them in our relationships with business partners along the value chain. Our human rights position is based on internationally recognised standards and also takes into account the requirements of the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act. It sets out our voluntary commitments and expectations towards business partners and includes our human rights strategy.
